Rental Rates

BOOKINGS

We rent out our villa from early May to late September, if you wish to rent it at other times please send me a message. Bookings are Friday to Friday during High and Peak seasons but we can be more flexible at other times. 

Check in time is 4pm on your day of arrival and checkout time is 10am on your day of departure.

When you make your booking, a 25% deposit is payable, the balance is paid  8 weeks before your holiday. It is advisable to take out travel insurance incase you need to cancel. 

A security deposit of £500 is payable with the balance, which is refunded during the 2 weeks after you vacate as long as the property is left in good condition.

There is a French Holiday Tax of £15 per adult per week, children free, which is calculated for each individual group. This is payable with the balance.

When you arrive the beds will be made up and a bath towel plus a hand towel provided for each person. For 2 week stays a change of linen is provided on the mid Friday, our cleaning ladies will come in, if you vacate the bedrooms by 10am on that day, otherwise you will need to change the beds yourselves. Towels we expect you to wash as required.  

Pool towels are available if you undertake to wash them before you leave. 

If you have asked for a baby cot, please be aware that you need to bring bedding for this
